RETURN POLICY

 

If you are dissatisfied with the texture of the hair, please send an email to info@curly2kinky.com. You can send the UNWORN hair back in exchange for a different hair texture. You must send hair back within 3 days of you receiving the hair.

All sales are final. Exchange only.

 

 

1. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

3-5 business day processing time. Once your order is ready you will receive an email notification that your product  is ready to be shipped.
Once shipped, please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order (U.S. orders only.)


Can I straighten this hair? 

You can straighten the hair but know that just like natural hair, this hair can also get heat damage and loss of curl pattern with excessive heat. 


Can I color this hair? 

The hair can be bleached or dyed to any color to blend with your hair. Color the hair BEFORE hair before you install it. Please take care of the colored hair as your would your own with lots of moisture and care.


4. How can I track my order?

After placing an order , you will receive an email confirming your order has been processed. When your hair is shipped out, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.


How many bundles do I need?

For volume 1-2. Meaning you have the desired length and want to add more volume and density to your hair. For length and volume 2-3 for lengths below 24 inches to ensure perfect blending length and volume.


How long does the hair last?

Can at least a year depending on how you care for the hair. Its important that moisturize and care for your hair extensions daily it for best results.


How can I cancel my order?

Your order can be canceled within 24 hours after you replaced the other, after that you can receive store credit or trade swap your order for another product.
